Sardis Lake:  August 7. Elevation normal and clear. Largemouth bass slow. White bass and walleye fair trolling around islands. Blue and flathead catfish fair on trotlines and juglines baited with cut bait and shad. Crappie good on minnows around bridges and brush piles.
