papa if eye was down ther eye would jump on it

but since eye'm not eye guess eye will just have to settel for a day of hard water fishing

cause that's what eye'm going to be doing tomorrow instead of working

Might see you out there. I wish I could go with you and get schooled by a pro but the chances of me sneaking away are slim. But I'm still gonna try.

Good one, Papa. I will teach you how to effectively listen and learn tomorrow. I think it is going to be very fun, and Brantley told me that I needed to go to work - and he was going fishing with you.

Other than just having a day on the lake no one missed anything by not going with me today. I spent my time trying to figure out where they were with the tough conditions lately and figured it out

THEY ARE ALL STILL IN THE LAKE

I caught 4 stinking slot fish all day

2 before 1 and 2 after 1
Water was surprisingly cold 48-51 till after 1:00 then I found some 52-53 on a northwest bank and caught 2 swimming a jig in grass.I believe you could catch a few just pounding trees all day with a jig, but I tried lots of baits and lots of structure mostly to no avail.
