Long Lake near Valparaiso with Fishaholic!!!

Fishaholic and I got out today after the thunderstorms calmed down. We decided to go to Long Lake near Valparaiso. I had a pretty good day, caught 3 largemouth, the biggest being 14".

I caught one on a sismic toad and two on a ring tube that was watermelon.


Fish had a little friend land on his arm that seems to like him



We had gone pretty much all the way around the lake and I was ready to head it in, but Toth was fishless. I started giving him a hard time about having to post that he was skunked.... the next cast he catches this!!! The last cast of the day!!!

Glad you caught a few bass . Did you go into canada Lake also?

No Kick, we didn't get over there. We fished the main lake mostly just fishing the edges of the pads. Lake is clear as a bell with a lot of vegitation.
