Getting there. Hardest part is the whole boat is not "square", it's all uneven. But have the rear framed up and test fitting the wood. Still have to cut a few more braces and supports, but with this heat, I'm done for the day.

Good luck in getting the floor installed.  I ran into the same issue with measuring my G3 1548 for a new floor.  The back end was wider than the front in.  We finally got it all worked out though.

Got a little more done to it today. And the Enviromental Dept wants me to take them around another lake sometime this week. So I'll get to test it out, stability wise.

I finished the framing for the back floor, walkway and rear area. Then got two coats of polyurethane on the wood to seal it even more. I'll have to add two more coats later this week and let it cure for 48hrs before I can put the hydroturf/EVA flooring down. Even got a chance to clean up the wiring and mount the battery box down.

Not going to mount the 25hp back on it until im done with all the flooring

I swear, ain't nothing symmetrical in this boat.

I swear, if I have to do this again, I'm going with carper as it fills the imperfections in a little better. I'm still proud of my first attempt at hydroturf/EVA, but it was definitely a challenge.

Thanks. That EVA was a PAIN to measure and get cut straight. Lol. I'll be trying it out (wonder how hot it will get as I don't wear shoes when fishing) next Thursday.
