Fished a tournament on Bistineau this Saturday. I've been prefishing a couple times and not done well but it was a three fish limit and I figured if I committed to the correct water, even if I only caught three, they would be large enough to be in contention. However I blanked, didn't have a bite...

Others found them to include an unusual 9.33 for big bass. Keeping in mind it was a three fish limit The top three had a better than 4 pound average. All except the winner said it was brutal tough and they just got the right bites. Jack said he culled several times.

I've never fished that lake but it sure looks like its capable of busting a big bag.  Congrats to those guys that weight in those big sacks.
