Hybrid Hunter

Anybody fish the Hybrid Hunter by Strike King? How do you like it? It looks like an interesting crankbait.  I've heard that it is great around grass. I'll probably pick up a few in the Jr. size to give them a test.

I dig that bait. I fish it the same as I would a squarebill and in the same conditions. One thing I've noticed is that they seem to bite it differently. They will just hammer it for some reason.
I like that purple shad color ( whatever SK calls it ) in the smaller size .

I tried the Hybrid Hunter Jr. I accidentally bought the shallow version instead of the regular and it only ran about a foot deep. I caught 1 off it that almost jerked the rod out of my hand. I was surprised at how well it went through hydrilla without hanging up. I plan on buying the regular Jr. version the next time at the store.
