Conditions:
Skies: Overcast (Nice)
Wind: 5-8 NE
Temps: Nice early (75), hot after 11 but tolerable.
Current: Light to East
Water Temps: 79-82
Water clarity: Clear
Bass Boated: 17
Fishing Time: 8a-1p 1p

At ramp 7:30, (saw 1 other trailer, never saw them on water). Ran to SW corner of retention pond and started fishing just after bridge, not a nibble or sign of fish and no current. Ran to NW canal and hit all the spillways heading out. Boated 17 large mouth, no great size but picked up 1-3 at each area on way out and 1-2 on way back at some. Fished blue Wackies and my favorite, original raps, gold/silver. Tried few other baits, fish did not like em. Stuck with what worked!  All in all, good trip. Not 1 invasive species! Luv it!!

Good job. It can be a tough place to fish even though it doesn't look like it.
