UltrexTrolling Motor Help

So I cleaned the motor and have replaced the bushings and seals on the motor and put back together. Turn it on and it powers up but when I push the pedal nothing happens...I am wondering if the little board in the motor needs to be replaced that the bushings mount into?? Was kind of a kick in the knees to do that and put back together and nothing :/

In my case, it was the collar that holds and turns the shaft. I've replaced it twice so far.

Found the issue and feel stupid about it...the motor I guess has a safety feature that it has to be deployed to run...my old one didn't...needless to say it is working! Always something simple it seems!
