The peacock bite has been consistent in the Glades through out these summer months.

Live bait anglers have been doing pretty good.
But for those anglers that enjoy a little bit more of a challenge, the artificial bite has been pretty exciting too. ;)

No sir, we are an artificial lures ONLY  guide service.

I mentioned live bait because other guides have been doing well with live shiners.

Another good trip, the Peacock bite is just a hoot when its on.  I can't believe all the black peas we have been seeing this past year.  Its not just a shade change, they are definitely black, but you can still see the tail spot!

Thank you George. I agree, I have come across darker peas lately than I have in the past.

Yah, two years ago I brought up that black peacock I caught in Weston and it was a big deal for me.  Now its just business as usual with all the black ones that have been caught the last six months.  There is something going on out there! :-* :-* :-*
