Fished outside the bay for largies and found a few. Some came on a spinnerbait but that bite only lasted till the sun got high. Then it was flipping the haygrass that got me the most bites.
Water temp was 76 with no wind and crystal clear water. Caught quite a few and they all were well built for August. Even had a few bonus pike and a really big bowfin.
