My wife is doing better. Her sugars have been great. Thank you for the prayers and well wishes for her and me.
A bad day fishing is better then a good day at work. Take a kid fishing

Diabetic? Prayers for you both.

I quit drinking, smoking and sugar the same day. I'm the last diabetes free in my family.  I lost 75 lbs which was too much. I hit 155 and my dr. threatening to force feed me. I tried to get back to 175 and hit 185. *no scales* I'm back to 180.

Point is do what's in your power to help your body.
