Lowrance Hook 5 TS

We have a Hook 5 TS, and has worked great up until the last 2 times we have tried to use it. We have GPS, but none of your sonar or side imaging or down imaging works at all just a thin line at the top of the screen and black screen, i have reset to default several times with no change. Even on the Demo mode no change. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a bad transducer or cable.  Could be a simple as the connection is loose from the back of the unit or has corrosion in the connector.

after checking connections at the unit and transducer, I'd check the Lowrance website for updates and perform any, even if you've already done them...

If that don't fix it, I'm with FD on the bad ducer, not looking but but I've been surprised by updates before.

How old is the unit? If it doesn't work in demo I would send it to Lowrance, you don't need the transducer to run demo mode.
