Some of you have watched some of my videos from either practice or tournaments for our state bass federation events this year. If you were one of those that were following along, this is practice for the very last event of the season at Lake McConaughy. This was from a little over a week ago (the tournament was last weekend; I'll go ahead and spoil that one and tell you that I won it) and this is a lake that I had never seen before. It has both largemouth and smallmouth, clear water, lots of rock, and tons of flooded trees.

As luck would have it, in the first hour of practice I figured out a pattern that would end up being the winning pattern. While the tournament video will be out next weekend, I hope you guys like this one.
