A little swimbait action today!

I have really been trying to get some underwater footage of bass on beds for my fishing channel. I set out today with that exact goal in mind but, once again, the weather just didn't cooperate. A cold front moved in that seems to have pushed a lot of fish off the beds and then the cloud cover made it difficult to see what was left.

So I decided to scratch my plan and just figure out what I needed to do to catch them. Considering that I could see a few fish still on beds, I figured that there had to be many more but sight fishing was out of the question. Instead, I picked up a Megabass Magdraft and started fishing for the spawners that I couldn't see. Thirteen bass later, I'd say it worked out!

Well done but I would have had to get 14 just to get off that 13 number.   
I caught a few today as well.
