Well just came home with another Fury rod. Got the 705 CB to go with my new Lew's tournament MB reel. Gonna do the crankbait thing now that I have the boat!

Thanks, and definitely will try! Took the day off work Friday to take the boat out and try to find some bass. So hopefully I will get one or two on the new rod!

Very nice versatile rod. Cranks, chatterbaits, underspins, and jerkbaits .
I am sure you will find a place in the rotation for the 705cb.

Planning on using it for cranks and jerkbaits mostly, I have a 703c also and use that for spinnerbaits and chatterbaits. Still looking to replace two more rods this winter with Fury rods, then my whole lineup will be dobyns except one spinning rod.

Excellent choice. The 705CB and the 734 are the two most versatile models in the Dobyns casting lineup.

Great choice for cranking, you're going to love it I'm sure. I've got a couple 705 CB's and use them for lipless and squarebills and love the feel.
