Looking for input from rod builders

While repairing one of my LSCRs I've decided I may need/want a rod wrapper and maybe a dryer. It's just one of the many rabbit holes I find myself heading down. I'm contemplating trying to build a few for myself down the road since Lee's not able to and I've grown quite fond of my spiral wrap rods.

Am I wise to start out with just a hand wrapper or should I go ahead and spend the money on a power wrapper? I'll still need dryer if I buy a hand wrapper won't I?
