Alligator Alley MM 35 4/20/19

Went out to MM 35 again today showed up at the ramp around 730 only a few trailers in the parking lot. Started with a mag vibe buzzing it seeing how active they we're gonna be,no takers so I slowed it down with Zoom ol Monster started picking them up at a pretty decent rate, right at the drop off from shallow to deep. Than all of sudden it just stopped..... I went an hour and half without a bite,at the point it was around 1230ish and I had 17 fish between 13-16" than I decided to throw the jig and lunch was served picked up 17 in the next 2 hours, pitching the jig,best one of the day was 17",it was around 230 and it slowed down again so I decided to call it quits at 30 and get my Philly cheese steak on

. More of the same out there last few weeks alot of 1-2 lb fish which is fine, the big girls haven't showed there faces there yet.

On a side note later in morning noticed a fly fishing club from Brevard county had a little tournament out there great bunch of guys very friendly had very good boat etiquette,but there was a couple idiots out there that must have just bought a boat, o well I didn't end up in the drink. Thanks for the report Flo. The parking lot looked crowded on the west side of the river when we came back in. Lots of late arrivers out at 41 too.
