I put the Met in auto mode and let it rip against the Steez. I wanted to test the braking systems side by side. First video was flawed....https://youtu.be/UWj4p18EEko

You may not have enough tension on it yet. On my curado's I can tighten it down until I actually have to shake the rod to get the lure to drop. It doesn't seem to effect casting distance and the spool never gets puffy.
