1Cast 1Fish

Part 2 of a multipart series on all the great ways to prepare the Northern Snakehead for some great eating.
In the 1st video I showed how I like to deep fry my Northern Snakehead, and in this video I show how I like to make some blackened fish tacos using Northern Snakehead as the main ingredient along with a creamy crunchy cabbage mix & pico de gallo for a really tasty and fresh fish taco.
I am hoping this video series helps bring awareness to a fish that has a bad rap and is greatly misunderstood. It is often just killed and discarded without awareness that the Northern Snakehead offers up as excellent table fare. Hope you enjoy and feel free to comment or ask any questions.

Those tacos have my mouth watering. Love me some Siracha sauce too. I go back and forth between that and Frank's Original Red Hot. Can't decide which one I like better.

Anyway, thanks for sharing the video.

You make a great point....they both are excellent hot sauces...might have to add both next time :)
Glad you enjoyed, I love catching Snakeheads and showing others some of the great dishes you can make with them.  Many people who catch them just destroy them as an invasive fish, but they are excellent table fare.
