Can you say "Fog Be Gone"!  This was just some images as SJHT anglers rallied up down at LUMS Pond located in Bear, DE.

Lums Pond has always given up decent Bags/limits of Bass most of the time SJHT anglers have ventured into Delaware.  Today...was no different.

Today, 16 SJHT members came out to battle for the elusive Loch Ness Monster.   The weather forecast was pretty much accurate outside the foggy conditions upon launching and guys were ready to fish.

Without further adieu....Please give a big shout out to that Asian Assassin aka Mr. John Wick "I kill Them All".... aka "I'm a Bad Mother Shut Yo Mouth" Jackson  Fu. for taking 1st place and Lunker with 3 Bass weighing 10.41lbsFu's  Lunker went a healthy  4.34lbs.2nd Place was won by "I should come late all the Time" Brian *I still got it* McCulley . with 3 Bass going 9.02lbs. 3rd Place was won by last weeks D.O.D winner Matt *Starting to like placing* R. with 3 Bass weighing 6.04lbs.   Matt's Lunker went a nice 3.89lbs.  Miscellaneous was won by NOBODY THIS WEEK

Summary: Water temps are getting warm and more stable.   Today was a good day because we all awoke in the AM to enjoy the sport we love.  That is fish with no worries.   Lums Pond once again produced some nice Bass weight today.  9 out of 16 Anglers caught at least 1  Bass.  There were a total of 18 Bass caught overall giving way to a total of 39.99lbs.  That is a slight increase in overall weight from 2 weeks ago where 33lbs overall was caught at D.O.D.  The avg. weight of each Bass at LUMS Pond went 2.22lbs. Fu's Lunker was pretty impressive in that he edged out's Matt's Lunker by almost .50lbs.  There were a total of 4 Limits caught. The Bass were long in length with some have decent belly's on them.  Matt's Lunker should have been swapped out for another in his bag but he'll learn....LOL!!!

Sidenote:  Anglers and visitors Beware....The Porto-O-Potty desperately needs to be cleaned out or exchange for a new one.  The Stench and odor was smelled upon entering the boat parking lot. If one had a choice, I believe you would choose the woods over using that solo Porto-O-Potty.  JUST SAYING!!!

Congrats once again to JOHN WICK...aka. Jackson Fu  the win and the rest of the anglers on an impressive showing.  Shout to all who helped in launching in the AM and providing assistance at the end.  Big ups to Rob on the weigh in as you were set up and rearing to get things moving.

Next up is NORTH EAST RIVER, MD in 1.5 Weeks.

Tightlines,

LOL!!!! How ironic?  That skunk award is still posted on my desk.  Maybe time to remove it in 1.5 weeks!  Definitely some nice bass caught this weekend. I actually caught 3 dinks under 12" and lost a nice one in some brush pile.  Still scratching my head on that one.
