Does anyone post reports anymore?

With the weather lately, I know good and well people have been fishing!

I am off the next 7 days, boat is in the dock and it looks like people have been catching pretty good out here, so it is time for me to get back on the water!

The weather in Benton must be better than we are getting in North Bossier, because it definitely hasn't been good.   ~roflmao

I've post all but one of my trips and it was depression and couldn't relive it LOL Haven't been on Cypress or Black Bayou Benton. Caddo and Bistineau are launchless right now, was on cross but as I said it was disappointing.

Big stringers caught in the ABA on Hosston last weekend.

I was thinking the same thing.  This page use to be full of reports.  I guess everybody is keeping their trips secret for tournaments.  If and when I get back on the water I will post a report. I fish way farther south than most of you guys.  Sometimes a bad fishing report is just as helpful.  It might help an angler avoid a bad trip to a lake or river with bad conditions.

Exactly Brush Hawg, I try and post every trip I take with at least water conditions. Unfortunately I haven't been as much as I should lately. Hopefully the flooding will quit and I can change that.

Fish reports require fishing reports. If no one is posting, no one will post.

Haven't been able to fish since December because of health problems, but I brought this same subject up some time ago.  I pretty much quit posting results because nobody else was besides Mike and one or two others.

I think tournaments and not wanting to let the world know what you found is part of it.  I know I myself am guilty of not posting a report after a trip to the lake.  Part of that is seeing other people on the same lake and never seeing a report from them and thinking why should I when others don't.  I know, I know childish thinking right?  I will make an effort to post more reports.

Everyone has a secret but that's not what the reports have to be about. Lake conditions and just that you caught a few can be a great report. As Brush Hawg said, I've had reports prevent me from wasting time when I have a chance to spend time on the water. Don't go to lake x, spend your time elsewhere  :surrender:

Hopefully as the weather gets better everyone will join in again :-*

Hit cypress the past two days. Water was still muddy, but a little cleaner in the pockets. Caught several buck bass, at least I think so cause they had bloody tails,, on black and blue plastics right up against any wooden sea wall I could find. No shortage of little 2lbers. Couldn't find any big girls and couldn't see any beds due to water color. Wouldn't hit anything moving. Good luck

I know every nook and cranny on Cypress and Black Bayou.  In recent years it's tougher to fish because of all the pressure and all the pleasure boats.  Sure is convenient though.
I'm ready to get out there; just a few more days!!
