SHO T-2 Prop

What an awesome prop so far but damn they are hard to get.  I have had a 26 pitch on order for over 2 months now.  Was told yesterday that it may be in on 21 Nov.  Crossing my fingers, I am all over my limiter with a 25 pitch in the cool weather.

Has anyone else tried to order one?

Well it came in the mail yesterday and the boat is hooked up and ready to go to the lake this afternoon!  I should be posting some numbers tonight or tomorrow.  I wish the Hummingbird Helix had a top speed option...if I had to do it over I would have went with a different brand.

This boat is more incredible each time I put it on the water.  With the new 26 pitch T2 I run it up to 80mph fairly fast and then it hit a kind of flat spot but I was once again up close to the limiter.  So, I think I will put my 25 T2 put for trade and try to get a 27 pitch T2.  I really don't want to pay full price for another T2....$700.00+.  I am very satisfied with the runs yesterday and ended up hitting 82.0 on my best run but once again, was hitting the limiter.  On my last run back to the ramp I run her up to 80 and stayed there for about 4-5 miles with no problem at all.  I was running with 3/4 tank and 1/4 tank of fuel and all of my gear.  Livewells were empty and the lake had a slight chop which was perfect for running.  I am also impressed at how well the boat will transverse the other boat wakes at speed and it will eat big water with a smooth and dry ride.  I just passed the 20 hour mark on the engine so she is off to the wrench for the 20 hour service.  After this it will be every 100 hours!  I am loving the SHO!!!

One more update....
20 hour check complete and getting very used to driving the Eyra.  I have one scary top speed that a GPS recorded but I will not post it, just not sure that I even believe it...lol  Top speed that I will claim is 82.4 mph.
I did video a test of how quick I could go from sitting still to 80 mph.  I was amazed when I hit 80.3 in 30 sec!!!  This Eyra/SHO is the real deal!
I am not sure how to post videos but if someone would like to try I can send it to them but my iPhone will only send it to another iPhone.
