58 degrees by tonight. I don't know about you, but it's going to be chilly. Lol
I'll be inside the house by then. All good.

41° here. Supposed to get a couple of lows in the 30's this weekend.
I've never been one to look forward to cold weather, but with the last two winters being practically non existent, I'm looking forward to it this year. Be able to go trick or treating in a week or so, then cook out for my son's birthday next month, without sweating my ass off and hopefully not get eaten alive by skeeters? I'm not seeing a downside to this. I don't even mind if it gets too cold for me to fish, I just want a break from the incessant heat and some of these DAMN BUGS GONE! Sick of this crap, they gettin so big and so well fed they sound like little chainsaws. The big ones sound like hummingbirds! I slapped one yesterday and it didn't even die, it started hopping around on the ground with a broken wing.
I bet half the population of Louisiana is suffering an iron deficiency from all these damn bloodsuckers.

Blue bird skies and mild temps. Very welcomed by us don't get me wrong. But, our fish can get a little finicky when this happens.  ~sun ~sun
