Start back to working tomorrow for the first time in about 5 years. Looking forward to it actually. Just hope the Drs that said I could go back were right.

I will be doing some traveling to empty stores to re-do the insides to make them Halloween Stores. My SIL is the Crew Lead and I am the Crew. Lol. Well not entirely. They hire in temp help for unloading the trucks of all the false walls and grid that make up the store. I'll be overseeing the unloading and building the walls. SIL does the electrical and whatever needs done.

See how it all goes. Might be offered a FT position or a Crew Lead for next year or nothing as they are looking at hiring an outside firm to do it all next year. Guess they are rating Us vs Them as they have one Crew this year too.

I'll be glad to get to working shape again.

Don't know how much fishing I'll be doing until we are done.

Good luck buddy!  Just bet aware of your limitations and don't over do it, in the beginning.  After two back surgeries I know how easy it is to push yourself beyond that point.  Just be careful. ~sweat

~c~ ~c~ Good News... That means more fishing gear :-*

As everyone has said, just be careful. One bad day can make for a miserable week.

1st week is in and we did 62 hrs of work in 4 days. Friday was a stay at home day and good thing as I got sick coming back Thursday night. Felt like throwing up but didn't. Slept almost all day Friday and each time I got up I felt sick again.

At Dinner time I got up and felt better. Today I'm feeling fine, whatever it was seems to have passed.

SIL says it was exhaustion from working so much the first week out, could be. First real job in 5 years, so that might have a point.
