I have a 2014 Bass Tracker 190 TX with 90HP 2 stroke and will be installing a Talon using the sandwich bracket. I'm out of town for work and plan on installing it when I get back on Friday. I know I'll need longer bolts with the sandwich bracket so will have to buy the hardware where I'm at cause I won't get back in time to get them at home. I forgot to check the size of my current bolts before I left. Can anyone recommend what size and length bolt I'll need based upon my boat information? Thanks alot for any help!

i would imagine they are 1/2 bolts.  not for sure how long you need.  just measure top of transom, and add the bracket thickness, plus motor bracket, and add 1 inch.

That's my problem...as I said in my original post I'm out of state on work and don't have access to my boat to measure.

at least in this area, most hardware stores are open on saturdays.

wow, you asked a question.  Not a lot of trackers around here, and one of the most knowledgeable guys on here gives you a best guess (I bet he is spot on).  And you, proceed to be a jackwagon.

Google is your friend.  Try using that next time.....

I specifically stated in my OP that I don't have access to my boat to measure and am installing Friday evening when I get home so need to buy the hardware where I'm at.  Both of his posts did not factor those two things. First suggesting I simply measure my transom and plate and second that the hardware stores are open on Saturday.  So it's not a matter of being a "jackwagon". His advice wasn't really advice to my current question regardless of his knowledge level.  My original post was very clear in that I do not have access to my boat and plan to install Friday evening when I get back, so the fact that hardware stores are open Saturday is irrellavent.

Maybe you can contact the people at Talon or try to get in touch with Tracker for the answer?  Call this number-318-549-8769.  That will get you the Bass Pro Shops in Bossier City.  Maybe they will measure the transom on one of the show room models for you.  Just a word of advice here.  Maybe in the future, try not to be as harsh as you were to people trying to help you out.  Sometimes people misread posts and are trying to help.  Also, you may not have been trying to come across as brash as you did, but the typed word comes across differently as when you would be talking to someone in person.

Call the store where you bought the boat and ask for service, they should be able to tell you, they do installs.
