Don't forget to take off your transom saver before launch. It makes a terrible noise when you put the engine in gear.  ::surrender::

Never tried to launch with a transom saver.  I no longer use em but have opted for a Motormate instead.  Hate to think about launching with the motormate in place.  Would not make any noise but sure would not be able to go anywhere but a straight line.  Just another reason why the make ready script is so important for a whole bunch of reasons.

I've not done that yet with my transom saver  ;)

My only thing was I left the rear transom straps connected  ~b~   It took me a minute to figure out why the front of the boat was floating off the trailer but the back wasn't moving  :surrender:

Sure makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one to do that.
