I spent some time today pouring some more lead. Most are jigs but I poured some sinkers & other things too. Since there are some catfishermen & salt anglers on the site I figured I would show the whole lot. :)
Panfish, these are molded on size 6 hooks. They can be dressed like flies or used with plastics. The round ones are 1/16 & 1/8 oz. The other one can also be made in those sizes.

Round heads. I was trying different hooks. From top to bottom, Gamakatsu, Mustad Ultra Point, and Owner. I can make them with either type collar for tying or plastics.

Weedless round head. I pour my weedless jigs so that weed guards can be epoxied in later. This one has a Mustad Ultra Point cross eye hook.

Poison Tail jig.

Punch weight or for trolling.

Shad Head

Banana Head, for tying bucktails, molded on a Gamakatsu Heavy Wire hook.

Spire Point Jig. Also molded on a Gamakatsu Heavy Wire hook.

Weighted Wide Gap hooks. I have two types, this one I make in 3/8 & 1/2 oz. 5/0 hook

This one I can make in 1/4 oz & lighter. 3/0 to 5/0.

Jigging Spoon

2 oz. Trolling Jig, Bug Eye on 8/0 Mustad Ultra Point hook.

Snootie Head

Trolling head

Weedless Arky

Weedless Football

Brush Jig

Spinner Jig

Spro type, molded on a Gamakatsu Heavy Wire hook.

Shad Head, 8/0 Ultra Point.

Worm Nose. Gamakatsu Hook

Weedless Sparkie

Stand up jig with ball collar for tying.

Stand up with barbed collar for plastics.

Slider Jig

Tear Drop Jig, center balanced for vertical jigging. Ultra Point hook.

Weedless Arky in 1/2 oz with wire weed guard.

1/8 oz Buzzbait with Owner 2/0 hook.

Tip up style jig

Lima Bean jig, 1 1/2 oz molded on a VMC Barbarian Hook

Looking great Jim.

I personally use the Round, storm quite a bit.  Been using a cannon ball sinker instead of walking because of availability around here.  What advantage is the flat bank sinkers over the normal styled ones, those look interesting.

Lot of pouring there and an interesting mix. Are those for sale? I've been trying the black nickle Eagle Claw hooks, they pour nice and I like the price.

As always that is a lot of amazing work there Jim. I could really use some of those configurations. PM me if you have any interest in selling some of your items. I could do them up great with hair and feather. Thanks. John.

Jim great job on that lead pouring. You went all out. I like them arkie head jigs, the shakey heads and that pointed jig head looks cool as heck! Nice work!

Thanks guys! Jim, the advantage to that flat bank sinker is it won't roll. Very good in currents. I've fished with the regular bank sinkers & even pyramids (which I also have molds for) and had problems at times with getting them to stay in one place on hard  bottoms, especially in the lighter weights. These help without having to go a lot heavier. I like those flat sinkers too for the same reason.

John & Rodney, I'll send you guys PM's on your questions.

Rick, thanks! Some of this has been "testing" as it's been a long time since I've poured some of the molds. I have others I'll be pouring too that are not shown. I enjoy it, plus having time to actually do it is great!  lo

Well, I got my powder paint stuff set up & painted a bunch of stuff last two days. Didn't take any pics, but will as soon as I can & post them. Most turned out pretty good. I had a few hiccups, but that was expected. I did some white, brown, black and green pumpkin.

While removing a jig from the oven, I think it was a 1/2 oz Arky, I was using pliers & lost it!  :'(

Straight down onto the concrete floor!  I knew it was ruined!  ~xyz

I picked it up, and wasn't a scratch or mark on it!  ;D

That powder paint is the best thing since sliced bread!  lo
