Well I pickup up the boat yesterday (2/19/15).  The day before I happened to locate a tandem axle 19' bass boat trailer 30 mins away from the boat that was in better condition than the trailer the boat was sitting on.  After some discussion with the man the i was buying the boat from he understood why I wanted the other trailer.  After I paid for everything and paperwork was signed, come to find out the dude had the matching tandem axle fiberglass fenders that were on the original trailer to the boat...  YES I bought them $100 each.

I would like to take this time to thank Bass for biteing my lures and bringing me joy.

Today (2/20/15), My sidekick (My beautiful wife) and I stripped the boat of deck lids, rotten carpet, fuel tank, consoles, gauges and all plastic trim.  Vacuumed all sand and carpet pieces out of the boat and then sprayed everything out cleaned it up..  As we removed everything my sidekick bagged and tagged all parts and hardware..  Already purchased all the new carpet (20 oz Charcoal) along with 1/4 inch closed foam padding to pad the front and rear deck.  Also got everything to take fiberglass molds of every single plastic trim to make custom consoles and compartments (they will be cover in carbon fiber).  Today was a dirty job but had a good day with the wife.. O yea all electrical was tagged and marked also.

I have way more photos to post but I'm having a heck of a time!!

If you bring the pictures in thru an off line source like Photobucket, you can post the pictures without re sizing.  Ultimate Bass does not provide a host for video or picture

Made some more progress in the last two days! Removed all the Pumps, valves and valve controls (Marked, Tagged, Pictures taken, and diagram drawn) Removed all compartment carpet, rolled up and tagged for easy layout and cutting of new compartment carpet. Removed all compartment lights. Removed the entire wiring harness, laid out and untangled, marked, tagged and unplugged. Going through all wiring one section at a time starting at the fuse panel. Already started on that also, when I'm done working on the boat outside in the garage, I clean up and then go through sections of the wiring in the house.. Removed all glue from front and rear deck. Did not not like the way Nitro had the floor under both consoles transition from top cap to hull. They used something that when I used a grinder to cut it out smelled like a dentist office and the stuff they use to take impression to make dentures.. lol.. Not sure what it was, maybe someone can tell me on here. Cut it out and going to re glass it to make a better transition to the under console foot pads fit better without big raised gaps.... Also did not like the wire color code only type of wiring diagram from tracker marine, as I got through the wiring I have been drawing my out wiring diagram, hey that is just me, I'm very picky when it comes to wiring and its look and organization.. The way the wiring looked under console is a nitemare and has been that way on every boat I have ever had... NOT on this one when I'm finished with it!!
