At $8 a piece, tearing up a floating plastic frog with one strike from a toothly critter or the plastic starting to tear from bass chewing on them it make sense to try a fix them when possible.

I found that most of my frogs start to tear at the nose where you tie the line on.  I take a little dab of silicone and with a wet finger spread it around the nose of the frog, being careful NOT to get it on the line tie.  You want the frog to be able to slide up the line if it wants too when fighting a good fish.  For small punctures in the body a little bit of super glue usually works. Remember that super glue dries hard so only use it for small holes and use the silicone for those places that need some flex in them.

The bass and snakeheads have been tearing up my frogs in the last couple of weeks, thanks for the tips  :-* ~c~ ~c~
