How to stop e-mail notification of replies

I am sure it is here and been covered many times, however I could not find it. How can I get the e-mail notifications to stop showing up to to inform me of replies to a topic? Thank You  In Advance, since I know it will be answered promptly and correctly.

rayz379, go to your profile and to the left of your summary you will see three info boxes. In the middle of the three is a box called "My Profile" the forth link in that box is called "Notifications and Email" click that and look at your options to decide what you would like to do
