We only had two clubs fish the shoot with enough members present to fish as a club.  Other fisherman fishing the shootout were assigned to one of the two clubs to keep the numbers even on each side.

The Shootout victory is based on the ten heaviest fish per day for  each club.  Results of the ten heaviest fish were:

WoW! Look at those stats, "Looks like we won the battle and they won the war" Good job to both teams. Looking forward to seeing TCTC next year.

topcat

~c~ Wow those stats are impressive............

Good job to both sides. We had the numbers but when it comes down to it they had a few more bigger fish and when you weighing the best ten that's what counts.  The stats are impressive but I was expecting bigger weights. The weather had a lot to do with that. The water temps dropped since last week and in some places as much as 5 degrees. If the weather would have stayed warm and the winds would have been calmer I think we would have seen some 20t lb team stringers being brought in. Oh well, we can't controll the weather but we did catch some nice fish and had a great time. WTG eveyone, can't wait til the next one.

Good point Wildcat. In 2004 Papa and Trey took 1st, in 2005 Charles and Darrel took 1st, and this year Mitch and Eric took it. Father and son teams seem to do well in this tournament.
