Looks like a request sent by Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District to conduct restoration activities on 12 lakes and water bodies in the FWC's Northwest Region.

Lakes affected;

Carr Lake, Lake Iamonia, Lake Jackson, Lake Lafayette, Lake Munson and Lake Piney Z in Leon County;
Lake Talquin in Leon and Gadsden counties;
Lake Miccosukee and Sneads Smokehouse Lake in Jefferson County;
Lake Seminole in Jackson County;
Deer Point Lake in Bay County;
Juniper Lake in Walton County.

Florida side only on Lake Seminole is relatively small when looking at the lake as a whole. Not sure either.

Can Seminole be a joint effort?  Both states coordinating a restore at the same time?

Definitely a possibility.......but doubt it based on the lay of the lake and state lines. The Chattahoochee River (the middle of) straight south to the dam is state line. Not really any restoration activity required close to that line.
