Looking to join a Bossier City/ Shreveport Louisiana Bass Club

I'm looking to joining a Bass Club in the Shreveport/Bossier City, LA area. I do not own a boat, so it would have to be a club that allows non boaters. Looking to start fishing some local tourneys as a co-angler and meet some cool people who love Bass fishing.
