Went out this morning around 0700 to try to see if I could put a patten together. On my way towards the west end,  I stopped at a few main lake points with a buzz bait. Zero. Headed farther up towards the west and started fishing some pads with a frog. Zero. Finally started catching them flipping plastics. First fish of the morning was a 9.75. Had to let my heart rate calm down some, so I headed to the patrol office to get it officially weighed. Went back to the west end and caught 2 more that might have been a little over 2lbs each. Then worked called at 0900, so the fun was over. All fish were between 2.5-4.5 FOW. Water was kinda stained a little too. Temps were in the 80's. --TJ
