On another site, the moderators were quite upset with the point I was trying to make that regardless

I design my own plastics as we'll, if somebody copied my design (no patent) I would definitely feel sour but that is my personal problem. I've taken a plastic and cut of pieces then replacing it with clay and making a hand pour mold. Wrong? I don't think so. I never sell them them it's mostly for personal use.

Just a side note I'm working on a new bait... It's gonna b killer

The fishing industry is built on imitation. Worms, spinnerbaits, lately--bladed jigs. Smaller custom jig makers are always scanning other sites for new color combos. There were no clear strand swim jigs around until I let a friend put it on his site. Now, it is everywhere. Boat hulls and innovations, motor refinements, all are scrutinized by other companies. If you produce something new, be prepared to see it with small differences. The fishing industry is a hard business in which to survive.
