What do you keep in your BassCat first aid kit?

I know I take it for granted that nothing significant can happen on a boat but there are those unforseen moments that happen.  I have store bought kit with some basic bandages and cheap useless scissors.  Haven't opened it up for couple of years.  Now is a good time for me  to revisit the contents.  Carky or anyone else with a medical background your comments appreciated on this topic.

My kit contains the normal first aid items. I have added a few Space Blankets. They are a milar type material that can keep you warm in pretty cold weather. If someone falls into the water, they can help keep in your body heat and save your life. Only about $3 per blanket in most fishing and hunting stores.

Normal stuff here too. Bandaid, aspirin, etc...  I need to keep some benydril in there too, my father is allergic to wasps/yellow jackets. Might not hurt to keep some handy for myself as well.
