Help Triton Guys!!

I bought a 2001 TR21 with a 225 Ev Ficht, to fix up, first one I have ever owned, don't know anything about the set up, prop size, nuttin.  Any hints would be appreciated!! 

Actually very better boat than I thought when I first talked with the guy.  The Gel coat is cracked, just like all of them of that year/years, I can handle that part.  I have read up on the Ficht and didn't see anything bad about the 200 and above but man they had some problems with the lower hp motors. 

Hooked up the hose, very cold natured!  Very cold natured, any ideas on that would be great also.

Compression is 120 to 123 across all 6, so head is good.

I know several folks running this boat but with Merc's... we in Merc country over here LOL

They love the boat, apparently it has to dance to achieve max MPH's though... I'll do some checking around at the next event and see what prop guys are running and possible set ups.

Thanks Mike, need all the help I can get, my first round with a TR21.  Is really a nice boat, better than most of my fixer uppers to start.
