Easy access storage containers for row boats

I am always grabbing for pliers, scissors, a file or a lure I plan on re-tying and for some reason usually misplace them. The garden hose hanger (pictured) I found at the dollar store attached to any plastic box, could be easily attached or detached from the rail of my row boat and yet stay fixed. A few screws, nuts and a drill and it's done.





Now if I could only figure out something for my bass boat so that I wouldn't have to drill holes into the fiberglass....
