Is there a way to dye soft body baits? I have a few top water frogs that are whitish in color. I was wondering if anyone knew a good way to put a green tint to them?

Have you tried some of the dipping dyes like the chartreuse made by Spike-it?  THey have something called Dye-A-Live in different colors which might be what you are looking for.

I think JJ's magic can probably dye just about anything.  Buy you a bunch of different colors and then use a toothpick to dip and apply the dye to the bait.  Should be able to get your green color by applying some yellow to the frog and then blue over top of it.

J J's is the best dye I have used. It will work on almost any porous plastic. Do NOT use it on 3X or Elaz-tech plastics. It will make the disintegrate. Other than that, the product is amazing!

How do I know what plastics they used to make this lure? It is a top water frog similiar to a Koppers.

Dixie you are safe to try the JJ's with that frog. The baits that are Elaz-tech or 3x plastics will say so on the package.
