2000 G3 Pro G 185

I'm looking at getting my first boat and came across this. It's in the price range I'm looking to spend. The VMAX motor is the OX66 EFI version and that Skeeter built the hulls. Other than that, I couldn't find much info on it.

I like the port rod locker storage as a lot of the boats I was looking at have the shorter center rod storage, which unfortunately my rods wont fit in.

What do you guys think?

Nice looking boat. I didn't know G3 ever made a glass boat. My IL has owned 2 aluminum G3s and was very satisfied with both of them!

Thats a sweet looking boat there.  I've seen a couple around here in Central Texas (Belton / Temple) area.  The owners I talked with hadn't mentioned any issues with them.  I really like those Yamaha engines, mine runs great.

Not a bad looking boat.  A guy ran one around here for awhile before he sold it and he liked it.  For 9K I think you could find a better boat though.  There is deals out there, you just have to find them and maybe travel a little bit, but overall the G3 will be a fine boat and will do what you want it to.

Thanks guys.

It's pretty much the only boat nearby that fits my criteria. I suppose it's worth a look in person.
