Looking forward to see the grand finale. It seems a bit under powered, isn't that 186 rated for a 200?

Not sure how your livewell system worked but, overflow probably allowed fresh water to flow in while the warmer dirty water flowed out. If you have an aerator, that will help but, without water re-circulation ammonia will build up and kill the fish. It's likely the pipe was never properly cemented to the threaded adapter when it was made.

Well, I decided to 3D print a plug to JB Weld into the threaded part, and get rid of the overflow pipe. It honestly wasted livewell water when running anyway.

Took about 5 minutes to CAD and about an hour to print.

In the above picture you can see the pipe that came loose from the black threaded portion, and the plug I 3D printed.

Here it is together:

Hopefully I never have an issue out of it.

Also, we got some good news. Even though we didn't finish in the top ten, there were teams above us that double-qualified, and that opened up some slots. We ended up being the last team to qualify for state from that tournament.

Quote from: Bigbass201 on February 15, 2025, 02:35:16 PMIt can get dangerous out there.  You really have to pay attention to weather every minute you are out there.  Pele is probably the island you went to if it was in Canada.  If it was on the American side it was probably Kelly's island.  Great fishing there as well.  One of the underwater shipwreck videos I did was off the east side of Kelly's.

I know he had to go past Putin Bay to get back in.  Once we past The island the waves died down some, until then it was touch and go!  I was happy to back on land.  The captain was experienced.  So glad we were not in a bass boat!

Was WINDY as Hades today, but was still better than staying home.I never had much luck on rattle-traps, but today gave one a shot and worked really well. Nothing "trophy size", but still fun. This was the average size of fish today.
