For those of you fishing the tidal waters in Va, the below link is mandatory. Potomac, James, Rappahannock, etc keep this in mind. It's a registry for the state to tally how many anglers fish these waters. If you ask me it's only a benefit, the more people who register, the more funding used to maintain it.
