Hands down the Pocomoke River is the most beautiful & scenic river in Maryland to fish. ~cf It's also got plenty of bass & pickeral to make for a fun trip.
Day one was windy & cool, but the great thing about this river is the many bends & turns that provide sheltered shorelines to avoid the 25 to 30 mph winds that greeted us that morning. :shocking:
At the end of the day Brandon brought in the only limit of 5 bass that tipped the scales at 7.88 lbs
Second was Scott with 2 bass for 4.95 lbs, one of which was the day's lunker of 2.95 lbs. Greg took third with 1 fish at 1.76 lbs, and Darwin 4th with 1 fish for 1.50 lbs.
Day 2 was more accomodating with light winds & mild temps. ~sun Here are the results:
