Post by: OHbassaholic on July 01, 2011, 03:22:14 PM
I have a guy looking for recommendations for a reputable walleye guide up on Lake Erie, any ideas?

I will be fishing for the 1st time since the 2009 season this coming week while on vacation.  Health issues and work have taken me off the tournament circuit and fishing at all for far too long my friend.  Let's see if the bass bug hits me strong again so my energy and determination kick into high gear for fishing once again.  I miss all my fishing buddies.

It went well.  Ended up catching a nice 3 lb LM the 1st evening fishing and a couple more nice keepers during the week.  My bass fishing bug is officially woke up and my daughter's fishing bug is fired up too.  It looks like we will be fishing on the weekends again.  For now, from the bank until I can get the old Champion fixed up again.  Might be awhile in doing that since I just bought a new (used) truck last Saturday.  Gonna take some time to save up $ to fix up the boat.
