Title: No Scale Needed!

Just thought I'd post the Bass weight calculator for those who didn't know it. If you don't have a scale or leave yours at home, this formula is fairly accurate at determining the weight of your bass. You do need a tape measure though.

Record the length of the bass and the girth of the bass at it's thickest point.

Then use the formula: Length² x Girth ÷ 1,200 (length x length x girth ÷ 1,200)
Whatever number you come up with, should be the fish's weight. ;)
