Just joined site so there explains the delay in responding sooner. I believe some water out of Cedar Bluff was sold to Hays last year and that dropped the water quite a bit. Fished it in July there was only 1 ramp functional on the north side of the lake. I do know they have been getting a bunch of ice and snow so it should be in much better shape.

Norton has got a ton of water in it compared to last couple years. It was really low, but it got some good spring rain last year. Fished it same weekend as I did Cedar Bluff in July. It is absolutely loaded with baitfish. I've never seen so much/many schools of baitfish. Bass should be growing extremely well. Ton of flooded grass that had been out of the water for last couple years, all now underwater.

both of those lakes have been great in past years.  Norton/Sebelius/Prairie Dog is/was my personal favorite...long drive for me...and then it's in Western Kansas and seems that the wind is always blowing pretty hard...

Still, can be great fisheries.
