Title: Spinning and Crankbait Lines
Post by: sketch82 on March 08, 2007, 05:27:12 PM
Tryin to decide on the line I wanna put on my spinning bait setup and my crankbait setup. Where I am fishing, water will be clear to stained, fish not likely to get past 10 pounds, heavy cover in areas. I like braids, but since it's more visible than flourocarbon, I'm hesitant to put it on these reels. However, since spinners cause so much displacement, I'm not sure line visibility would be a factor. Help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Matt

Try some GAMMA Coplymer clear,10 lb for spinning and 12-14 for baitcasting, good abraision resistance, good knot strength, and behaves on the spool quite well.
