Post your resume to the resume section and we'll blast it from here ;) I know it's confusing but that way a sponsor can look at everyones with out digging :-*
:bang Can't find the smiley I need for this :bang!
(insert shredding smiley here) then :suck_kr: :roll2: :roll2:
Seriously, it looks good ~c~!
nice resume
Ron it looks great, except you need to get some numbers of people that you will be in contact with, that will see your truck (driving around town, trips), that will be at weigh-ins of your tournaments. See if you can get some good numbers and then justify them as proof ;) basically like you did by stating facts about the Ultimate Bass Stats ~shade
Looks great Fogy ~c~
Thanks guys, Mike I will get on the numbers.
I look at resumes fairly regularily and I have a couple of suggestions though admittedly my experience is with technical resumes.
Fully justify your paragraphs where you can.
In your winnings listings, list them chronologically newest to oldest rather than oldest to newest.
Say Father instead of Dad. (just seems a little more polished)
Make a statement that you will publically use the product and have an available avenue for getting the product out and receiving reviews from others.
Whereever you can (like where you listed the page views from Ultimate Bass) quantify (that's key as numbers are always paramount).
Hope this helps and hope I didn't step on you too much. My intention was to be helpful.
Dug
Nope, my toes are just fine, this was my 1st attempt.
Now as to my Dad, he is my Dad, I don't know my Father other then he was a drunk, so what would you recommend; still say father?
I know the more eyes that review this the better end product will be so thank you for all your inputs.
I agree with Mike and Dug on the numbers...put them in wherever you can.
It looks good.

If you feel strongly about it, then Dad is fine. My father is an drunk spineless SOB so I do not call him Dad..... Don't change it if it's how you are to refer to him in an interview. Your lucky you had him.
oh, one other thing. check your punctuation. Attention to detail is important no matter what you do.
Dug
Fogy, look good, very nice and impressive.
I'd stick with Dad, the fishing community that you are creating this resume for realizes that anyone can be a father but it takes a special person to be a Dad ;)

I gave him a little plaque way back when I was just a little Fogy for that very reason.
~c~
Kinda in that situation now, except I am trying to be the dad to two wonderful boys. (I am a Father and a Dad to my two Girls!!) So yes, DAD is just fine fogy!
Ok I made some changes.

Looking great ~c~ ~c~
What about adding something like this?
12 team events with the Twin Cities Team Club and an additional 20 to 35 local open tournaments
Total spectaters from last years events averaged ???? with the largest event being the Reeve's Marine Open with 200 Contestants, hundreds of on site spectators, and a televised weigh in ;)
I like it!
And Dang Man thank you for the FH! I about fell off the sofa when D brought them to me.

I'll show you everything I know but you beet me last time out so it's up to you lo
Looking even better Fogy ~c~
Looks good. Now all you have to do is put those you idealize, like everyone in the Lock Jaw Bass Club. Add in there that you have had much experience in netting fish for me and because of that you are now considered on of the best net boys in Louisiana. Don't leave out the valuable fishing lesson I have given you. Once all that is in there you are sure to get some sponsors. I think Frabill is looking to sponsor a good net boy. :roll2:

Ouch lo
Hey nothing wrong with being a good netboy! Stand up and be proud, but stay out of the way of casting lures!
Dug
As a member of GotstaFish ProStaff, Fogy is forbidden to be anybody's "Net Boy" ~roflmao
OK is that it? Must be perfect? Where is FFF and ~gator do you guys have anything to add?
Thanks for everyones help
Fogy

Update looks good Fogy - if I were to change anything I'd consider adding in your current sponsors and length of time you've been promoting for them. Shows not only experience, but many potential sponsors may want to contact a current sponsor and use as a reference.
Swede
Hey Fogy - your new update looks fine, but with as many top finishes you have on the books now - I'd cut the list back to 1st and 2nd place finishes only.
;)
