Title: Toledo Bend Bass Fishing Report 1-6-25
Post by: AttoyacOutfitters on January 10, 2025, 12:40:08 AM
Hope everyone had a good holiday season. I had a couple trips over to Toledo Bend for the first time in a bit. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. Started out scoping open water fish on bait but couldn't get them to act right.  Lots of fish on the Alabama rig near the grass up to 5 lbs. Also caught some on hybrid hunter up on top the grass but wasn't really any size to them up on top of it. Some trap fish to be caught as well. You could tell on Saturday that the pressure had got to them a bit but still very fun, nonetheless. I really think Toleda is going to shine this year. The grass is in amazing shape and once it cleans up a bit from the recent rains it should only be better and open up a few more areas where there is good grass. Back to Rayburn for now until the first Toyota series there but will have some Rayburn reports coming soon. Hope this helps. Cheers!
