Title: The East Alley ooh that smell 1/13/23
Post by: strkpr on January 14, 2023, 10:25:15 AM
the Song by Lynyrd Skynyrd...
Ooh that smell
Can't you smell that smell
Ooh that smell
The smell of death surrounds you.

I think the smell was worse today than last week. There was a lot of decay about in the water along with a light oil slick.
Fished first light till 9:30. caught a blue gill and a half dozed Oscar/Mayan cichlids. no P's to be seen.
While moving some orchids for the coming cold front I could still smell it.  >:(
Better days are coming

Thanks Tommy, things aren't looking good for Peas.  Gators must be thrilled.

Appreciate the report Tommy thank you. We had a good run with Pea's out in the Glades. Mother Nature put the brakes on them and other exotics this year.
